Wanting to share some brief research today, sorry i'm very amateur at this, but I find it really interesting. Also has been quiet around here likely due to m24 being far too quiet.

So trying to find some reasons to stay invested and interested in this company.....

Was trying to dig up some info on Copper flat which looks like a really interesting prospect.

apparently when Ord River resources had the prospect the initial rock samples gave it a rocket:

this from the AGE - November 21, 2006

MOVE over CuDeco. Sydney explorer Ord River Resources says it has made "one of the most significant discoveries in Australian copper mining history" in Western Australia — and after only three days' work.Ord has not drilled a hole at the Copper Flats project in the East Kimberley region, but surface rock sampling found seven with an average grade of 24.49 per cent copper, including one of 42.5 per cent. The shares rocketed 65 per cent yesterday, closing 38¢ higher at 96¢, after touching $1.10 .Ord first announced the results on Thursday, before repackaging the release yesterday, complete with the claims of the discovery being one of the most significant in Australian copper mining history. In the week leading to Thursday's announcement, Ord shares rose from 40¢ to 60¢, catching the eye of disallowed.Ord said it first became aware of the sampling results, which had been approved by the "competent person" needed to give the official sign-off, just an hour before it told the market.

Some of the soil and rock chip sampling look awesome:

In 2009-2010 there was a bit of work done on mapping:

and at some point some RC holes were drilled (but couldn't find the dates) with the following results:

In aug 2010 this report was release which didn't sound too positive:

    some wording from the report:

In 2011 ORD annoced a JV with a chinese company GRAM were over 10m was to be spent to further explore this prospect
    https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20110111/pdf/41w3ypt5znspzg.pdf

In Feb 2012 the chinese regulators did not approve the JV and it fell through.

IN July 2012 ORD relinquished some of the tenements as cost saving measures and 3 were handed to Xstrata copper who seemed to have been bought out by Glencore not long after, so Im guessing all tenemants were relinquished.

I can't see any further work done until now.

My thoughts after reading are mixed, It seems like some money needs to be spent to get results here. Im no geologist but what I get from this is there is likely super rich thin seams of cu and ag which might be have its sources quite deep under many other layers of rock. This style of deposit is not easy to find but could be large. ORD were willing to put 10m into the ground here, that kind of substantial investment must mean something.

I guess the other problem here is that it is only available to do work during the dry season. So it will be lengthy delays with getting results. But not impossible to do, look at Dreadnought DRE they are really kicking some goals up in the west Kimberly, so it can be done with the right motivated team.

But im still interested in how M24 goes about planning their exploration here in the next 6 months, it has potential to be massive if it plays out.

    Thoughts?
