Yeah cheap as chips. But my recommendation is to only use money that you don't need to use elsewhere for at least 24months. Everything here seems painfully slow and its hard see any announcements in the near future (6months-1year) that will get the SP moving. But at the current MC of 5m it could easily go 5x with the right plan of attack and some work done on the ground.
