If you push Julimar to the side, you then have M24 almost next door to PUR, who from what I can tell haven't stuck a drill in the ground yet.
Now they do have a much larger land holding than M24, but their aerial surveys have had far greater positive impacts on the price compared to what we saw here which was traders jumping on and then quickly exiting.
Are investors not convinced by Black Hills for some reason? Are they thinking the Black Hills tenement is too small? Have they misinterpreted this announcement as being poor? Have they completely missed this announcement?
You would probably say its a combination of all of the above, but IMO simply missing this announcement would be the major factor. There is no social media pump crew behind M24 (yet). When they see its valued under $10m EV after positive airborne surveys, half the EV of ENX who are valued there simply due to their large land holdings, things may change.
