Anyone else read article in todays west, chinese pumping dollars into congo. 9 bil investment. To me this proves something we already knew, these guys (chinese) are serious players.
Reportedly building railway at 800m per day, apparently unheard of pace. A HC poster previously mentioned they were in the railway game (possibly and engineer?) and quoted some figures, cant remember exactly who they were or what was said but would interested (if they are still around) on their thoughts on this?
