I have emailed FH to ascertain whether I am classed as a voter in tomorrow morning's meeting in Darwin.
I received a reply stating the already announced "we will tell you at the commencement of the meeting"
What rot ! Who is going to fly to Darwin with that sort of surety ?

The following is my reply.

I wish to strongly protest at your reply (para 2 of Ms Dempster's email to my question of a creditor vote)

There is not a judge in the land that would consider it reasonable to announce voting acceptance only on the commencement of a meeting in Darwin. To attend this meeting non locals are required to arrange and pay for
air travel and accommodation - to say nothing of the disruption to their normal schedules.

May I say also, I and many other shareholders I have discussed with are very unimpressed with the tenor
of your 439A report. We consider there is a definite bias evident. This is unacceptable from a truly independent
administrator......

Makes one wonder if this is a ploy to keep shareholders away - Nothing surprises me any more.
