Nope. Look who MAN bought the project off as to who pegged it. They probably didn't know what they had before Julimar either. It was a nearology play by MAN by getting into the project. Its a good deal, and one of the more prospective tenements going around so no one is complaining. But they didn't target it without the Julimar information as what seems to be implied.
