The role shareholders played in calling for a change in management and the criticism of the company, in my opinion has been effective. All we want is a change in attitude of management that they communicate with shareholders and be purposeful in their management of the company. Our criticism mustn't be negative but to add to the positiveness of the company as we don't want our criticism to stop new investors from investing in the company. To that I think we have a certain degree of success as perception of the company improved. We now have a new

Chairman who is a chartered accountant and business oriented. We have a NED who is experienced in this field. Now that we are lucky enough to acquire Delfin, a commodity in copper which is more well known than the ePGE type of minerals, Allchurch could be more at home. If our new Chairman and our CEO bought some MAN'S shares, this will put a rocket on to our share price as perception of the company will improve a thousand percent. Our new NED has already invested over a million shares in the company and shareholders see this as a common interest of directors and shareholders, interest is in alignment with each other.

I was so down hearted previously that I sold several millions at the bottom price but bought back 50% of that at 1.5c higher. I am realistic enough to accept things have changed at MAN and look forward to the share price moving north from here.
