The share price went from 70c to 5c. The directors had no skin in the game although we know that the project is worth a lot of money and in lithium, the directors resigned with the money running out.When the current directors took up the running of the company, they bought shares, raise new capital, look for a new partner through appointment of a match maker, Macquarie Bank and found Gang Fang the ultimate partner.A few of us at HC actually initiated the S249 to change some board members to assist the CEO who helped the company to advance the project. Unfortunately the CEO choose to leave and we had two boards who did not perform.I have asked for change, but the acquisition of the Delfin project is a redemption for Allchurch past failures in communication as I see it. I am not a vindictive person.Biag, I think you are on the right track, that this is the laying the ground work for future capital raising. Fitzhardinge acquisition of shares in the company, new chairman of the board and now presentations and intended constant newsflow. To gain acceptance of the idea, first they would need the share price going in the right direction so that they will have support.Year 2022 is going to be a big year for the advancement of Delfin and Newleyline. Repackaged Berinka Creek into a palatable dish is another indication that this is going to be a year of activities.
The company will need a lot more funds to advance the projects and without the share price going into the right direction, they will have a time looking for support. Thus I see that the shareholders will have their day. It does look like a very interesting year for MAN.
