Apparently, one shot went into a leg and another in the hip so as he was falling another went into the back. 4 shots were overkill when one in the leg or hip was sufficient. The prosecution will stress these points in closing arguments. That will play heavily on the jury when deciding. Binger will tell the jury Mr Rosenbaum never had a gun, Mr Rosenbaum never had a knife, Mr Rosenbaum never had a club or chain and Mr Rosenbaum sustained 4 shots to the body killing him. Mr Rittenhouse fired those 4 shots into Mr Rosenbaum, who never had a gun, who never had a knife, who never had a club or a chain or weapon of any kind and was killed by Mr Rittenhouse who was only 17 and should not have had a high powered firearm.
