both the western strategy and GR commercial brine extraction right are merely being re-evaluated regardless of long lead times . The greenies as you put it are being marginalised slowly but surely ASN and others are being encouraged to pursue it and the people that are doing the encouraging are changing the laws to suit further marginalising the greenies . Sure the process is temporarily slowed but not stopped progress is still being made . As for the Uranium I disagree ASN doesn't need to do anything the state engineer will get a report from the DOE and that alone will refute the claims . As I have stated many times I'm not concerned........ TT
