It's actually rights to extract brine from sub surface , nothing to do with DLE and it's also for the "future" Commercial Scale operations NOT the current Sample Demo plants being operated by A1 Lithium and KOCH which are operating in a different area of the plant I ate land and on a temporary 12 month extraction permit . F@ck stick that your arguing with knows this or if he doesn't he's been shown the data many times so he's either a simpleton (LIKELY) or a GRUBB or both who knows . Either way it's the state of UTAH with the consultation of ASN that is rewriting the rules/laws when it comes to brine extraction (NOT DLE) so if MAN want to be involved I suggest they play nice Intrepid didn't play nice and now they've been made to HEEL like a good dog by the Utah government . So MAN INTREPID or someone else "F@ck around and find out" I suppose but I think you're wasting your time with SB1 they struggle with the concepts .........
