I would like to expand discussion on this announcement, I think it was a fantastic positive announcement and I agree with the posters at the time - BUT - there has been absolutely no movement on this I mean why pay for the permit if your not going to use it ? Can anyone elaborate on what is taking so long as it is summer in Utah right know PERFECT DRILLING/REENTRY weather ??? @JDragon maybe you can shed some light on it ?
