Zero tolerance is required.

I don't think jail term would help,as I would believe it would be seen as a badge of achievement for them and their kind.

Capital punishment needs to be brought back in.

A public beating so they know what it's like to be defenseless, and a warning to others.

That goes for glassing or any other physical attack.

As a society, we are week against crime.

We need to change.

Definition of Stupidity;

Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.
