The more I hear the more I think the Zinifex side of the business was sold a pup and not everything was as clear as it seemed at the time of the merger. Obviously poor due diligence and poor advisers. Of course AM is not blameless and they made many strategic mis-steps since that time.
Owen Hegerty seems to have left scot free with AM the (empty) bagholder.
Will be glad to see the back of the lot of them. Happy that we can begin again with a world class asset.
