    yes Prominent Hill is class, I am really referring to the other baggage/liabilities that came with it.

    I don't have an axe to grind, I first bought in post the merger when it was already on the skids (but still way too soon).

    Anyway the truth will come out one way or the other, perhaps via the class action.
