Ronstern, in the world we live in, racial hatred is a sad fact of life. The results it causes eg Israel/Palestine, Serbia/Croatia, Sunni/Shia are always unpleasant.
My conclusion is that anything which lessens racial hatred is probably a good thing, whereas anything which incites it isn't.
