All eyes on option conversion by MD.... Certainly has the funds, given that most MD's in his position earn about half... Almost swapping his overpayment for shares...... no conversion ...I would say that would be enough to bid farewell and swiftly to the current management.
Not hard to get 25M shares to start a process.... Maybe SB1 may contribute because I cannot possibly see how even he could put a positive spin on a non conversion. I know one thing for sure, current management doesn't have enough backing between themselves to even consider to start a fight
