Malay, in spite of our difference of opinion I’d vote you to join the board This morning I browsed the company constitution available on the mandrake website. Have a look at what needs to be done to nominate. Companies normally send a notice to shareholders about 30 days before the AGM calling for nominations but I don’t think MAN does this. You may need to contact the company direct.
