Man refuses to apologise for spending taxpayer money on pot, ice
"I could say 'I'm sorry' but it wouldn't mean anything because tomorrow I'm just going to get out and get my drugs."
The 30-year-old admitted to A Current Affair he uses ice once a week and "dope" every day."
I can't say I'm proud of it but I can say I do it," he said.
"I always make sure I've got tobacco, rent and food first. Then I buy my drugs. It works, trust me. It does work. You can budget for anything as long as you budget properly."
"Even if police came and charged me for what they saw on TV, I don't really care, I'm willing to cop that on the chin," he said.
