You know, I would gladly take this guy out on the road with me and voluntarily to give him an opportunity to see if there was anything in my line of work that he would feel motivated to try out. I would first try a community re-integration program before accepting another distopian law. Granted he would need a university degree and many letters after his name to do what I do, but exposure, compassion and feeling like more than a discarded POS is far more valuable than another ban hammer.
