Common sense wise your explantion is hard to fathom.
So they have an AGM, a Director is voted out by shareholders. Wait a couple of weeks and the Director is reappointed by Directors and the shareholders have to wait another 12 months to vote him/her off. Does not sound right to me.
As you have said lots of other issues. Will make a good mystery book for someone to write in the future.
Whatever unfolds its not good reading for investors who are thinking of putting money into exploration companies.
