The December 9 meeting to bring new directors will not be a fare one for shareholders also. The Proxy form are misleading according to 2/11/2011 ASX announcement (Notice of General Meeting) voting for Carl Popal, Ray Muskett, and Doug Taylor as directors.
The Deadline for lodging the prospectus is ?? November 2011. So that could mean the lodgement day is any time November, 2011!
They really don’t want to let Carl Popal and Ray Muskett as new directors, I assume they have lots to hide and don’t want the forensic auditors called by Carl Popal.
ASIC should vet the voting to be democratic and accordance to shareholders wishes.
