100% correct watso. Page 40 (6.3) in the prospectus shows that there was 39,000,000 shares issued for $390. This would be the founders shares (Directors) who also are identified on Page 80 of the prospectus having shares in First Tech Energy Lt, that holds the royalty of 2%.

Also page 21 of the financial statement shows this $390 and issue of 39,000,000 shares.

From the 39,000,000 for $390 someone kept 24,000,000 and 15,000,000 would have gone to brokers and promoters.

Then comes the poor investors at 2c, 10c then 20c who have been coned from day one.

I would say that’s where the 33,000,000 votes comes from.
