"Colorpak has become aware that two substantial crossings of securities at 73 cents, being in excess of 16% of the company’s aggregate securities, occurred prior to the market opening today. Colorpak does not as yet have specific confirmation of either the buyer or seller identities and expects this to be clarified once substantial shareholder notices are released to the market by the relevant entities."
