Your amateur snooping should be congratulated.

Raphael Geminder through Bennamon has showed up on the register. Now Im really confused by this! Why?

Bennamon is still owned by Ruffy I believe and Bennamon is the largest holder of PPG. How is Ruffy going to fold CKL into PPG or PGH.

One possibility is that he folds CKL into PPG to give it siome critical mass and potentially fold PPG into PGH?

This will be an interesting process.

It is also worth noting that Ruffy is not know for overpaying for assets and has patients just look at how he wore down the NCI business.
