Normal path for junior resource stock to go from explorer to producer.

1) Take rock samples.
2) Identify drill ready targets.
3) Drill said targets
4) Assay drill cores
5) Establish depth, width and overall consistency of ore body.
6) Perform scoping study modelled on above data.
7) Infill drilling to JORC compliant standard.
8) Perform bank feasibility study
9) Arrange finance / capital raise for Capex/Opex requirements
10) Construction / Testing / Mining

Without establishing all of the above, you cannot guarantee continuity/consistency/reliability of supply for an offtake agreement.

At the first sign of trouble the company will have to do a capital raising to cover any shortfall in production, while said problems are ironed out.

Not following the above process is a sure recipe for disaster.

If you are in this for a pump and dump, then fine you won't be concerned about the lack of normal processes followed.
