Yeah, closed does not always mean closed depending on the access point. There are often exceptions.
Have you received any formal notifications from WAM regarding applications to the Microcap LIC? I assume that because I did a propriety allocation and there was an announcement which said they were 100% filled that I got it, but I haven't received any paperwork yet.
