Alternatively, CQT now has all the equity they want/need to develop Silver Hill, etc., so why would they place equity, even at $1, when the remainder of the capital requirement for the Project can be debt-funded?

Between the $50 million SCE equity raising, $25+ million cash-in-bank (pre-SCE raising), and the bank EOI already in hand, it seems to me that the final funding tranche of debt should be doable, once the DFS is complete IN THE NEAR FUTURE!
