management 2-3 months in

So it has been about 2-3 months since new management came to the crease at QMN with Brian Rear, Richard Swann and Stephen Maffey now on board.

Given their combined experience you'd imagine they'd be able to figure out what needs to be done to get QMN moving forward.

My question is what have they been doing.

Since their appointment we've seen:

1) New website (pretty sure they weren't involved in that)
2) Tulla funding (again, not involved)
3) Drilling at Duck Creek - personally still not sure why this is a target... but exploration calls would be made by Dr Xu so I don't think they'd be calling the shots there.

So big question - what is holding these guys back? Funding is an issue but plans should be being developed right now and we haven't heard anything.
