It's a bargain because it's priced under cash backing. If results are good the share price will rise substantially. Positive results may also attract new institutional investors.
If the results are not good, it will cast serious doubt over the patch program. It's hard to see there being any other market reaction than further selling in such a scenario. maybe you see it differently.
