The Exergen/CAG takeover/merger looks to be going smoothly and Exergen should be a tradeable, ASX listed, full disclosure listed entity sometime in SEP.
By next week I am tipping another ASX listed ALDP seeking tech Co will have also been taken over internally with some new directors and a CSI on board with plenty of voting power and shareholders diluted to half their current level. Short term pain for long term gain? Not sure but some bullish signs there IMO with the new substantial holder IMO not being a seller. Unfortunately forget the 2c IMO.
Where is the next Mantle news going to come from? We must be due for some Mt Mull and QLD gold drilling news surely?
