"5.1 Ministers
The Federal Minister for Resources and Energy and the Minister for Energy and Resources Victoria are responsible for the ALDP Program and are the final decision makers in relation to the selection of successful projects."
The Vic DPI is managing the process but the Vic & Fed ministers have equal say in who gets the cash.
I have no idea what the ramifications of that are while the Fed Gov is in caretaker mode. If the Fed minister signed off on the winners prior to caretaker mode we may find out who missed out. If he didn't then we will be waiting until after the election IMO.
I guess there is also the chance that if the independent assessment panel ruled some Co's out, they may be informed during caretaker mode seeing as they won't be receiving Gov funds?
No winners ministers letters unless signed off prior though IMO which now seems unlikely. How long does it take to draft a letter?
It's very grey and adds to the mystery.
