Do you know if the 3% is calculated on an entity's holding or on the total number of shares on issue. I am assuming it is a % increase of their holding which would only add about 40 million in 12 months bringing them to about 730 million , still only 45.6%. Do you concur? Substantial holder notifications also need to be updated with every 1% increase in a holding from my reading
