    At the risk of stating the obvious my recommendation to "front up" to IMC on the market (but approve the financial assistance that they have offered us) has a nice(for us) touch to it-IMC will be giving us a very substantial guarantee of survival ,including overcoming the small (IMO)risk that profits might not head North as quickly as present known indicators suggest.
