Worst time to raise capital looks like they were caught unguard by the massive AUD devaluation. However going forward on a dividend and a very low PER for a company with many Government contracts and earnings potential there must be a fanastic buy opportunity coming sooner than later. Their debt has been pulled back at the demise of the share price.
