Hello Beetrootpie,

I am left with a sense of unease regarding the corporate activities of CQU. I am down around $120,000 and for me it is serious money. I would not like to see the best of the CQU's assets transferred to mangament at nominal cost. In fact, if these were to be the case, I would see red and would put funds into a corporate action against managment.

I think all shareholders should make their thoughts known. It is not fair to mum and dad investors to lose funds on CQU when they were promised a 2 cent dividend that failed to deliver. These are the people I really feal for.

I see CQU as an excerise of overconfident, irresponsible, youthful management, who fail to seek guidance from persons who know better. I am guilty of the same offence. I too should have known better than to invest in CQU.

I aree with you nothing has changed, but lets think very very carefully about corporate acion against the directors for any matters which are not arms length transactions.
