    There are no doubt some major shareholders that prefer to keep exposure to the unfolding copper story & will resist a low ball offer preferring to support a JV proposal or such like..

    Either way, DML at this price represents compelling value!

    PS. Highly unlikely that management will divulge any informaton that could be construed as market sensitive.
