    hearing you there, the management do need at step up a bit more as it has been drilling pretty well non stop from before Christmas last year. but the results haven't been coming forward, hence the share price dropped to high sevens and rms saw a opportunity for a takeover and if the share price was 12 or over rms would have thought twice about a takeover.
