Given that their hands are tied,
and the Tanzanian Gvt gives them the same old, same old, same old, rinse and repeat every time, and has done so for years.
What is there for the board and staff to do?

Even on a monthly basis
NONE of the staff
from the MD down,
could collectively have more than a few hours of meaningful work.
And the total value of that work on a reasonable hourly rate would amount to
less than $1000 per week.

The current Board/staff remuneration is a bloody disgrace.
They should be stood down.

Just like any business with nothing happening with the Covid 19 crisis
stands down staff.

If the thing does ever come together,
the company can then re-employ the staff
Or get new staff.
