Thor Mining (“Thor” or the “Company”) (AIM, ASX: THR) today advises its
shareholders of recent management changes.
Mick Billing has assumed the role of Executive Chairman with more
involvement in the daily managerial aspects of the Company. Ian
Sheffield-Parker has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, without being
a member of the Board but with overall responsibility for the business
operations. John Young has now accepted a non-executive directors role.
