Martina Blahova uses to be the CFO of Euro Manganese when the former CEO resigned 6months ago. She than took his position as interim CEO, while according to public sources, the board was looking for a suitable candidate. In the meantime they hired a new CFO. Under Martinas reign EMN achieved major milestones in the last 6 months, so I do not understand, why the board is not recognising this and appointing her! This unsolved situation maybe also weighing down on the stock..
