management credibility

This is where we test management credibility and loyalty to it's shareholders.
1. If the cap raising is to instos at much sheaper rates, well that tells the story to the sucker shareholders
2. If the cap raising is for everyone at cheaper price, well obviously need the money and not too bad, but will take time to get back to where we are today with the SP.
3. Most unlikely, if the cap raising is at higher price, they are obviously very confident and can only mean good things for the shareholders.
So what's it going to be management, just remember the small shareholders were the ones supporting this thing and not instos, generally instos are not interested until they are certain of a profitable outcome.
