Vice Princess, A query on your post stating the record date in 6 days/.

I could not attend the meeting so unless there was something disclosed at the meeting to confirm the record date in 6 days I can only surmise it is still as stated in the Notice of Meeting, page 19 3.5(c) which reads

'The Record date will be 5.00pm WST on that date which is 6 business days after the later payment of the Second Tranche Payment ....and the receipt of the audited 30 June 2008 accounts'.

My calculation is that this will not be for sometime yet

Can you tell us why you believe the Record Date is 6 days from now.

Also what explanation if any was given by The Board for withdrawal of resolutions 3 to 8.which concern the granting of options to Board members and others.
