why do they continue to do the same things "definition of insanity"

1.5c then get a run to 2c +
then run another cap raise
and bring us back to 1.5 again.

why don't they get the shares to 4c at least and then do a cap raise at 3c+ and get double the amount per share or only need to sell half the additional amount to slow the dilution.

this is a good long term play if your 30 and need some money when your 65 at the moment.
