Management are now delivering on all the promises made in Jan and maybe just maybe some looser at Opes has shorted CDR which will now see them forced to buy it back....with any luck the SP should begin to rise.
We are actually see lots of strength building in the buy side with very few sellers prepared to move down !
You need to remember OPES and TRICOM let clients short any stock as they would simply borrow from clients accounts to allow the short...well lets hope this is no more !
