I think the problem with that strategy is, it will only go so far before investors start to see through all the bullshit, which seems to be the case based on the share price over the past 12-18 months.

It could be that they've just shifted to more of an underpromise and overdeliver strategy, rather than their previous shouting from the rooftops every time they had a small win.

At this stage, as long as they deliver on results, I don't mind that they're taking a slightly less exclamative approach. Once their financials turn the corner and they're cashflow positive for the year, then they can start ramping up the hype machine again. As they'll have the results to back it up.
