    they are raising just enough to survive as they always have. the ASX shoudl pull them up on the use of funds .. one being "exploration in Puntland" lol what a joke. exploration? on a million bucks? pete gets paid 300k pa doesn't he?

    i think that answers the question as to whom the rights issue is really for. Administration/People Expenses.
