Am completely disallusioned with MAK management after this spp fiasco!!!
Poorly thought out and indicates desparation from AD if this is the best he can come up with to raise funds.
That garbage in yesterdays announcement re the North American interest in MAK is a joke.
Any idiot could work out what the average shareholder in MAK would do when the sp is trading at $0.56 and AD makes the offer at $0.43, guess what happened? Yes the sp crashed.
Just how many new shares are going to be issued, they don't know???
We could possibly finish up with almost double the number of fully paid shares issued after this spp.
I have allways taken a keen interest in yellowcakes postings and i now can fully appreciate his candid commentary on what he thinks of the MAK management, i totally agree with him!!!
Couldn't run a country dunny if there was more than one seat!!!
