bungy your post got me to thinking. The best way to figure out what's going on in business is to figure out someone's renumeration motivators. So I'm curios as to how UBS' payment and bonuses are structured for services rendered.

No doubt there would have to be some incentive based bonus scheme based on their performance on behalf of UMC over and above a flat fee of some sort. Interestign to see what shows up in next quarterly reporting.

In that case they would want ot accumulate to control which way the stock goes before any deals are lined up to maxiumize their reward for efforts exerted.

Question now is what is the big picture for all this, who is involved and what's in play. UBS has their fingers in a few pies at the moment so I'm sure they would see synergies where looking from the outside the average punter wouldn't.

As you say holding tight is a good option and any retraces into the low 80's are a good top up point based on recent VWAP.
