    The offer is non-renounceable, and the SPP is not underwritten. Management expects the SPP to
    raise up to $1.2 million.

    shareholders had applied for 27,739,757 ordinary shares under the SPP to a value of $202,500.


    Slightly different announcements aren't they. Is this the beginning of the end of UXA?
